Single Column CNC Vertical Lathe (Economical Type)
Description:
CNC single column vertical lathe integrates hanging button station, electrical cabinets and lathe together. With the adoption of advanced super audio quenching process and quenching T ram affixed plastic rails, crossbeam of the vertical lathe is fully protected and durable. As a Vertical Turning Lathe Supplier, our beam clamping mechanism adopts hydraulic mechanism. The beam guide and ram guide of single column vertical lathe are handled by supersonic frequency induction hardening. The quenching process T type ram surface is equipped with sticking plastic and vertical lathe beams with closed protection. The beaming clamping mechanism uses hydraulic pressure clamp and hydraulic release.Features:
1. The vertical lathe of single column vertical lathe adopts resin sand casting process. it is durable with the artificial heat processing.2. Main drive adopts 16 machinery variable speeds, which improves the maximum torque output, reduces the gear stress in main transmission box and adapts to the overloaded power cutting. As for vertical tool rest, five angle tool set or square tool set is optional.
